Greyhound Self Storage Auction Terms
Once you will we enter your information in our system and send you a text letting you know that you won and to call to make your payment and receive the lock and gate code. There is a 72 hour clean out. with a $125 cleaning deposit. Once you finish cleaning out the unit, you will send pictures to the text # then we will refund your deposit. We do no accept cash so do not ask. Payment is only done with a CC/DEBIT CARD.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Greyhound Self Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
