This unit appears to contain…fishing poles, tools, tool boxes, coolers, bags, buckets, golf clubs, vacuum, air mover, light, tire, car jack, extension cords, nails, screws, saw, hat, trash can and broom. This is a non climate controlled unit located in a hallway. There is a light in the unit.
Kitty Hawk Self Storage Auction Terms
Units must be completely emptied within 72 business hours of close of auction. Cash payments only - no exceptions. Return personal items to office. A $50 CASH cleaning fee will be assessed when unit is paid for, this will be returned upon mgmt. verifying unit has been emptied out completely. If Unit is not emptied in noted time frame you will be obligated to pay full month of storage. Dumpster on site may be used - do not overfill - lid must be able to close all the way. Access hours are 7 am - 10 pm. Kitty Hawk Self Storage does not make any claims to the condition of the contents. Kitty Hawk Self Storage exercises neither care, custody nor control over the stored property. Buyer must secure unit with a lock. Units must be completely cleaned out, broom swept, and all trash must be removed from the unit. The Owner and the Owners employees and agents are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any property stored in the space regardless of the cause of the loss or damage
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Kitty Hawk Self Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
