Stor Self Storage - Keller Auction Terms
All auctions are in done in accordance with Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code. If payments are not made in full within 48 hours after the conclusion of the sale, the facility in its sole discretion may sell the items to the next highest bidder at the last bid that bidder made, or the facility may sell the goods to any other person at the second highest bidders bid price. You will have 48 hours from the close of the auction to remove all the contents from the unit that you purchased. Any items not removed by the deadline will be deemed abandoned, will no longer be the property of the high bidder and may be discarded, donated, or sold with all proceeds going to the facility owner, and any deposit will be retained by the facility owner. Access to the unit will only be granted during office business hours: Mon thru Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 3pm. There are no dumpster privileges with the removal of the contents. Payment, including any applicable taxes, must be made in cash. A refundable cleaning deposit of $200.00 cash along with a valid ID or Drivers License is required prior to accessing the unit. Deposit will be returned once the unit has been verified to be completely empty. If you have any questions, please contact the location manager.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Stor Self Storage - Keller) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.

StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
