U-Haul 84 Auction Terms
Purchasing this unit means you agree to ALL the following: -48 hour cleanout (starts the following business day after auctions ends, for example if auction ends 2pm on Monday cleanout starts Tuesday at open of business for the location) Cleanout starts 2/27/25 and ends 3/1/25 -You MUST COMPLETELY EMPTY THE UNIT. No cherry picking allowed. Inability to completely empty the unit will ban you from future U-Haul auctions -NO FREE DUMPSTER USE -Print invoice and bring to final payment for unit -Have ID for payment -CASH ONLY FOR UNIT PAYMENT NON-NEGOTIABLE -You will be given a single key for unit access and must return the key and lock when the unit is empty
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (U-Haul 84) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
