This unit appears to contain…Clothing, decorations, household goods, mattress. This was two units (260 & 294) that we took the middle panel out to make one large 10x25 unit so it has a door on each side. But it is one unit with one owner.
IN-N-Out Self Storage Auction Terms
48-hour cleanout. Must present proof of ID and if using a Debit/Credit card ID must match the name on the card. Access to unit granted between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm only. You may not stay after 4 pm. No dumpster or trash cans on the property are available or allowed for use. All items are to be removed from the property. $100 cash deposit to be returned upon inspection of the unit, with all items removed and the unit cleaned and ready to rent.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (IN-N-Out Self Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
