Bear Creek Storage Auction Terms
Buyer Acknowledges that he/she is bidding on ALL ITEMS WITHIN THE UNIT and ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED and the unit thoroughly cleaned. Bear Creek Storage DOES NOT PROVIDE ON-SITE DUMPSTERS for auction buyers. ALL ITEMS MUST BE HAULED OFF OF PREMESIS. Buyer MUST PAY CASH for the unit in the amount of his/her highest bid. Buyer will then set up an appointed time to come and pay the fees and collect the items from the unit. Please call 601-855-0017. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 72 HOURS or the good will become the property of Bear Creek Storage, unless the buyer signs a a lease to rent the unit and PAY THE CURRENT MONTH'S RENT IN CASH. It is the buyer's responsibility to turn in any personal papers, photographs, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, etc., To Bear Creek Storage for return to the customer. The buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances Bear Creek Storage may contact the buyer and request certain items may be purchased back in order to prevent any court action with the customer in question, and the buyer agrees to be fair in selling back the items at a reasonable price which still might be in the buyer's possession. The facility manager will collect $100.00 cleaning deposit to be refunded upon the the following: Removal of ALL items, sweeping out of the unit, leaving the unit in clean/working order. UNIT TO BE INSPECTED BY SITE MANAGER.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Bear Creek Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
