This unit appears to contain…Wrapped Christmas decorations, car seat, books, bags & misc. items. - BEECHMONT SELF STORAGE IS REMOTELY MANAGED - Our remote manager will contact you the WEDNESDAY morning after the auction, for payment (credit / debit card) and give you information on how to access the unit and contact us when finished. You will ONLY have access WEDNESDAY MARCH 12th > 10:00am - 4:30pm!!!!!!! - All items must be removed from our property during that time - - No manager will be on-site, but Beechmont Self Storage is remotely monitored and recorded -
Beechmont Self Storage Auction Terms
This storage site is remotely managed. Winning bidders will be called the morning after the auction ends (Wednesday morning), and will be given a temporary gate code to get on to our property & a unit lock code after payment is made over the phone (credit / debit ONLY). Winning bidders will have that day (WEDNESDAY) from 10am - 4:30pm to remove ALL won items from our property. A $100 clean-out deposit will also be charged to your card and then refunded when we have evidence of the unit being cleaned out and our combo lock left with the unit before the 4:30pm deadline. Extra time will NOT be given. Sales are final, and bids are for the entire unit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Beechmont Self Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
