*Do not come to the site until you have read and followed the instructions below. You will not gain access to the unit until all steps are complete!* *Please note that we reserve the right to cancel this sale until all payments have been made and you have taken possession of the property.* -Midgard Self Storage Auction Terms: -You have 24hrs from the time that the auction ends to make payment and have until Monday at 1pm to have unit emptied or Midgard assumes control of any remaining items. -Failure to make payment within 24 hours will result in the forfeit of the unit. You will still have access on Sunday for unit clean out even though the site is closed. -Please do not come to the site before you receive directions to do so. Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Midgard Self Storage Ocoee) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
