Self Storage Foley - 104 Bluffview Estates Auction Terms
Contact the facility immediately when auction ends to arrange payment for and pick up of the unit contents. We will have to make pick up arrangements as the unit is currently overlocked and the lock will have to be removed at facilities convenience, not to exceed 24 hours. Buyers must be at least 18 years old. You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit contents. You must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Manager. A refundable cleaning deposit will be charged $100 . Immediate payment is required prior to gaining access to the unit.. Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit. You must bring your own lock and broom to secure and clean the unit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Self Storage Foley - 104 Bluffview Estates) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
