Affordable Storage 606 Auction Terms
Affordable Storage 606 Auction Terms: The winning bidder purchases the storage unit/units and all the contents therein, unless otherwise noted. All payments for the purchase of the unit/units including the deposits MUST be made in cash within 24 hours from the end of the auction closing time. In addition to the purchase price there is a $100.00 DEPOSIT PER EACH PURCHASED UNIT!! Buyer must provide a valid photo I.D. when paying for the purchased unit/units. The entire contents of the purchased unit/units must be cleaned out and the unit/units broom swept within 72 hours of sale end date. NO DUMPSTER PRIVELEGES!! After the unit/units are cleaned out they must be inspected and approved by management for the deposit to be reimbursed. ** The storage tenant has the legal right to cure the storage unit account up until the closing time of the sale, thus canceling the auction sale!! **
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Affordable Storage 606 ) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
