EZ MINI STORAGE OF CHAGRIN FALLS LLC Auction Terms
48 HOUR Clean Out. $50.00 Cash Cleaning Deposit Required. Call EZ Mini Storage to make an appointment to complete transaction at 440-543-9339. All items are sold "AS IS" with no representations or warranties. All sales are subject to the right of the tenant of the unit to redeem the property any time prior to the finalization of the sale. The public sale is considered final only when the buyer takes control of goods by removing the purchased property from the premises or the buyer enters a lease to rent the space. All buyers are requested to contact the facility and return any items that may later be found which may be of a personal nature (pictures, marriage certificates, etc.)
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (EZ MINI STORAGE OF CHAGRIN FALLS LLC) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
