Storage of Madison Auction Terms
72 Hour Clean Up, No Dumpster or trash can privileges so must take all trash and items with you in the unit, $100.00 Refundable Deposit Required. Deposit Returned once unit is swept out and will be applied back to card within 3 business days of management approval. Call us on May 1st at 12.00pm. Just know if I do not answer please leave a message and I will call you right back. All winners try to call immediately after the auction is over so keep that in mind. I will call you right back to get you set up for pick up. I will take some personal information from you to set you up an account in our software so you will have an access code to the facility entry gate upon payment.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Storage of Madison) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
