Storage Towne of America - Shelby Drive Auction Terms
-48 Hour Cleanup from close of auction time. -Access to facility 8am-8pm -Cash Only, $100 cleaning deposit required in office. -All goods are sold as is and must be removed within the time stated after purchase. -No Selling from within the facility or sorting items on the storage lot. -Owner reserves the right to reject any bid Office hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, closed an hour for lunch (typically 12pm-1pm), Saturday 9am-2pm. Phone: (901)-759-1230 For $100 Cash Deposit to be returned: All Items must be removed from facility within the stated time. No smoking/drugs, No Dumpster Use, No Trash/Items left, and/or No Damage to facility. Winning Bidder and their guest must abide to the posted rules in the office and within the facility while on Storage Towne Property. No Payment, Not Removing in time stated, leaving items or violations of posted rules will result in a permanent ban from participating in all future auctions for Storage Towne of America locations.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Storage Towne of America - Shelby Drive) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
