West Grove Mini Storage Auction Terms
Cash Sales ONLY Auction ends Friday, June 27th at 10 am. Bidder must show valid and current driver's license or state ID to access unit(s). Bidder must pay $150 cash cleaning deposit per/unit purchased. Bidder may start emptying unit after auction ends and cash payments are completed for purchases and deposit. No dumpster privileges. Do not sweep trash or debris out into hallway and/or driveway. The unit must be emptied and broom swept by Monday, June 30 at 10 am. Management will inspect units after 10 am on Monday. Deposit to be returned if unit is empty and broom swept. If Bidder is not on property after unit inspection, deposit is returned by check to address on driver's license or State ID.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (West Grove Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
