Ozborn Self Storage 205 Auction Terms
Ozborn Self Storage LLC - Auction Terms The buyer acknowledges that he/she is bidding on ALL items within the unit, that ALL items must be removed from the unit, and that the unit must be left clean and in working order. Ozborn Self Storage LLC will not provide use of an on-site dumpster for auction buyers. All items in the unit must be hauled away from the premises. All removal and cleanout operations shall be prearranged with the site manager and shall be performed during regular business hours. The Buyer must pay cash for the unit in the amount of his/her highest bid. Buyer must remove the goods within 72 Hours, or the goods will become the property of Ozborn Self Storage LLC. It is the Buyer's responsibility to return all personal papers, photos, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, yearbooks, etc. to Ozborn Self Storage LLC, at its facility, for return to the customer. The Buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances Ozborn Self Storage LLC may contact the Buyer and request that certain items be purchased back, in order to prevent any court action with said customer, and the Buyer agrees to be fair in selling back those items which may still be in the Buyer's possession, at a reasonable price. The facility manager will collect a $100.00 cleaning deposit which will be refunded upon the following: removal of all items (including garbage) from the unit, sweeping the unit out, and leaving the unit in clean and working order. The Unit will be inspected by the site manager to verify that these conditions are met.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Ozborn Self Storage 205) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
