This unit appears to contain…10x20 unit that contains various household items - wooden cabinets (more than one), boxes, some clothes, a tire, decorative items with some holiday-related items, sports equipment, women's purses (fashion name-brand), Keurig coffee maker, marble side table, lounge chairs (5), bed frame with headboard, one of the wooden cabinets has a glass display with books in it, and various plastic storage containers. *This unit was listed in the last auction, but the tenant paid at the last minute, so this unit may look familiar to some who placed bids in the last auction in November of 2024. It looks like it may have changed slightly from the tenant having brief access before not making payments again.
Rose Storage Auction Terms
72 hour clean up, no dumpster privileges, $100.00 cleaning deposit required; notify manager (Richard Rose) a little before arriving at storage facility so that he will be there to meet you (no office on property). Please bring as exact money as possible to your purchase price + $100 cleaning deposit - I will have some change, but not a large amount. The $100 deposit will be returned as long as the unit is completely cleared and broom swept.

Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Rose Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.

StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
