This unit appears to contain…This is another good unit with the same type of furniture in it as Unit 8-A because those two units belong to the same person. In this unit, there is a very nice cabinet at the front of the unit and behind that piece of furniture are other pieces of furniture like viewing cabinets, a large piece of kitchen furniture with wine storage, a coffee table, homemade hat rack, and other very nice pieces of furniture. There are some kitchen appliances in this unit in a book case as well as a microwave at the front of the unit. Also in the front is a quality saddle, canteen, and saddle furniture holder display. There are some Christmas decorations at the front of the unit and more decorations in the unit towards the back like the metal cactus and a couple of longhorn horns. There are some display shelving units, and in the back of the unit is a very nice large kayak or canoe. This is another very high quality unit - if you want this one, prepare to make a good bid!
Rose Storage Auction Terms
72 hour clean up, no dumpster privileges, $100.00 cleaning deposit required; notify manager (Richard Rose) a little before arriving at storage facility so that he will be there to meet you (no office on property). Please bring a broom to be able to sweep the unit after removing all of the contents. If all of the contents are not removed, the $100 deposit will not be returned. When you come to pay, please bring exact money. Some change will be available, but not large amounts. It is required that you return any personal items like pictures, personal documents, and sensitive material to the tenant. Any of those items need to be kept for the tenant so that they may be returned to them by Rose Storage after the auction. If you win the auction, you are required to pay at the close of the auction - please do not delay in making the payment to StorageAuctions.com to get the invoice which is required to meet at the units to pay your remaining amount owed to Rose Storage. Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Rose Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
