This unit appears to contain…1972 Cadillac Coup DeVille U-Haul is in possession of the keys and title (U-Haul is not the title holder) to this classic 2 door cream exterior, burgundy interior hard top automobile that has been in covered storage for approximately 18 years. There are minor scratches and fading due to the age of this beauty with no visible parts missing.
U-Haul Moving & Storage of Hendersonville Auction Terms
Units must be completely emptied within 48 business hours of close of auction. Dumpster's not available on site. Nothing should be left behind in the unit purchased, or a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. If Unit is not emptied in noted timeframe you will be obligated to pay a full month of storage. We do not prorate the rent. If you chose to rent the unit you must contact location to complete a contract in your name. Free Month of Storage offer does not apply to auctioned units. No Checks will be accepted. Cash or Credit Cards only will be accepted at the location. U-Haul Team Members, family members or friends (living with team member) cannot bid or buy units up for auction at U-Haul owned facility.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (U-Haul Moving & Storage of Hendersonville) reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a $10 minimum or 15% auction fee (whichever is greater) for every unit won in addition to the unit sale price.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged the auction fee along with 10% of the unit sale price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
