HOMETOWN EXPRESS STORAGE -10760 S 100 E FAIRMOUNT, IN 46928 Auction Terms
72 Hour Clean Out, No Dumpsters on Site, $100 Cleaning Deposit Required. Upon winning the auction and paying Storage Auctions the buyer will contact Hometown Express Storage and pay for the balance of the winning bid plus the deposit of $100. As soon as payment is made the auction winner will be provided the unit number and a code to access the unit. When the unit is cleaned and swept out simply text a picture to the name number and include your unit number and facility name. We will then process the $100 back to your card.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (HOMETOWN EXPRESS STORAGE -10760 S 100 E FAIRMOUNT, IN 46928) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
