This unit appears to have furniture, bikes, a kid's 4-wheeler, bed frames, gas cans, another bike, headboard and footboard, dresser, couch, kids toys like a fire truck, and bike tires.
Phelps County Storage - Rolla Location Auction Terms
Pay for unit in Cash. Required $100 cash for refundable cleaning deposit, no dumpster. Email phelpscountystorage@gmail.com or text 573-465-4122 within 6 hours after auction closes to set up an appointment to get into the facility and unit. Yes, we will let you into the facility on the weekend the auction closes. Your name must be on the auction invoice, and you must have photo ID with that name in order to claim the unit. You have 72 hours after AUCTION CLOSES to have the unit completely cleaned out. If you leave any debris or items inside the unit OR outside the unit, including debris on the drive outside the unit, you may forfeit all or part of your cleaning deposit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Phelps County Storage - Rolla Location) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
