Storage Max - Brandon Auction Terms
Buyer acknowledges that he/she is bidding on ALL items within the unit and ALL items must be removed and the unit must be left clean. StorageMax will not provide use of an on-site dumpster for auction buyers. All items in unit must be hauled off premises.
Buyer must pay cash for the unit. Buyer must remove the goods in 48 Hours.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to return all personal papers, photos, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, yearbooks, etc. to STORAGEMAX.
The Buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances STORAGEMAX may contact the Buyer and request that certain items be purchased back, in order to prevent any court action with said customer, and the Buyer agrees to be fair in selling back items.
Facility manager will collect a $100.00 cleaning deposit, and will be refunded upon the following, removed all items from unit, sweep unit out, leave the unit in clean/working order. ** Unit will be inspected by the site manager.
