As a result, the owner of the storage facility, University Storage, Inc, has placed an “overlock” on the Storage Unit. Any attempt to remove the "overlock" on the Storage Unit without University Storage, Inc express permission constitutes a criminal offense. You are prohibited from entering the Storage Unit and may not access any of its contents unless and until you comply with the terms of this Notice, and additional charges shall continue to accrue and become due until the amount you owe is paid in full. Please be advised that University Storage, Inc has a lien on the contents of the Storage Unit pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. § 70-6-605(1).
