Code Ann. § 70-6-607.  The public auction will be held at 10:00AM on April 12th, 2024, at www.StorageAuctions.com.  The proceeds of the public auction will first be applied to the costs of the sale and then to the unpaid rental fees and charges, and the excess proceeds, if any, will be paid to you.  If you cannot be located, however, then the excess proceeds, if any, will escheat to the State of Montana as provided in Title 72, chapter 14 of Montana Code Annotated.  All sales at the public auction vest title to the property sold in the purchaser of the property.   Please note that this Notice fully satisfies the notice requirements of Mont. Code Ann. § 70-6-605(4).  Plum Storage lien shall not be lost if you, or anyone else, forcibly, or fraudulently remove the contents of the Open Space lot from Plum Storage premises.   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT you have (30) day Notice to Pay.  If the entire Past Due Amount is not paid within thirty (30) days, April 12^th, 2024, the contents of the Open Space Storage Unit will be transferred off the grounds by a professional transfer or tow truck company. The operator is not liable for any damage to the personal property after the professional transfer or tow truck company takes possession of the property.
