PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT you are currently in default on the payment of your rental fees and other charges for the above-referenced Storage Unit.  As a result, the owner of the storage facility, Riverside Storage, LLC, has placed an “overlock” on the Storage Unit.  Any attempt to remove the "overlock" on the Storage Unit without Riverside Storage, LLC express permission constitutes a criminal offense.  You are prohibited from entering the Storage Unit and may not access any of its contents unless and until you comply with the terms of this Notice, and additional charges shall continue to accrue and become due until the amount you owe is paid in full.  Please be advised that Riverside Storage, LLC has a lien on the contents of the Storage Unit pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. § 70-6-605(1).  Riverside Storage, LLC lien shall not be lost if you, or anyone else, forcibly, or fraudulently remove the contents of the Storage Unit from Riverside Storage, LLC premises.   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT you have thirty (30) days from the date of this Notice to pay the Past Due Amount set forth above and to claim the contents of the Storage Unit.  If the entire Past Due Amount is not paid within thirty (30) days of the date of this Notice, the contents of the Storage Unit will be sold at public auction or otherwise disposed of in accordance with Mont. Code Ann. § 70-6-607.  The public auction will be held at 10:00AM on January 16th, 2023, at www.StorageAuctions.com.  The proceeds of the public auction will first be applied to the costs of the sale and then to the unpaid rental fees and charges, and the excess proceeds, if any, will be paid to you.  If you cannot be located, however, then the excess proceeds, if any, will escheat to the State of Montana as provided in Title 72, chapter 14 of Montana Code Annotated.  All sales at the public auction vest title to the property sold in the purchaser of the property.   Please note that this Notice fully satisfies the notice requirements of Mont. Code. Ann. § 70-6-607(3).

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT you are currently in default on the payment of your rental fees and other charges for the above-referenced non enclosed Open Space lot.  As a result, the owner of the storage facility, Plum Storage, has restricted your access.  You are prohibited from entering the Storage Facility and may not access any of the contents unless and until you comply with the terms of this Notice, and additional charges shall continue to accrue and become due until the amount you owe is paid in full.  Please be advised that Plum Storage has a lien on the contents of the Open Space or pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. § 70-6-605(4).  Plum Storage lien shall not be lost if you, or anyone else, forcibly, or fraudulently remove the contents of the Open Space lot from Plum Storage premises.   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT you have (30) day Notice to Pay.  If the entire Past Due Amount is not paid within thirty (30) days, January 16th, 2024, the contents of the Open Space Storage Unit will be transferred off the grounds by a professional transfer or tow truck company. The operator is not liable for any damage to the personal property after the professional transfer or tow truck company takes possession of the property.
