PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT you are currently in default on the payment of your rental fees and other charges for the above-referenced non enclosed Open Space lot.  As a result, the owner of the storage facility, Plum Storage, has restricted your access.  You are prohibited from entering the Storage Facility and may not access any of the contents unless and until you comply with the terms of this Notice, and additional charges shall continue to accrue and become due until the amount you owe is paid in full.  Please be advised that Plum Storage has a lien on the contents of the Open Space or pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. § 70-6-605(4).  Plum Storage lien shall not be lost if you, or anyone else, forcibly, or fraudulently remove the contents of the Open Space lot from Plum Storage premises.   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT you have (30) day Notice to Pay.  If the entire Past Due Amount is not paid within thirty (30) days, November 13^th, 2023, the contents of the Open Space Storage Unit will be transferred off the grounds by a professional transfer or tow truck company. The operator is not liable for any damage to the personal property after the professional transfer or tow truck company takes possession of the property.

Please note that this Notice fully satisfies the notice requirements of Mont. Code. Ann. § 70-6-607(4).
